The Bad Turned into the Great

          There was a girl named Happy living in a small village, in Sleman. Happy was one of the students in a junior high school in Moyudan Sleman. She was a very smart student. She also had very good attitude. However, most her friends disliked her. She had always been ostracized by her friends because she had a very unpleasant odor. She was always sad every time she was at school. She could not make friends with anyone.
"O Lord why I’ve never had any friends?  Do I not have the right to have friends? Why do they stay away from me?, what should I do?” she poured out her feeling to the God.
One Monday morning she followed a flag ceremony. As usual, she was very sad when she was not allowed to march among her friends because many did not stand on her smell.
"Iuh ..what smell is it? ... oh it’s very disturbing" said one of her friends.
"I think I know this smell .... Here it is ..the smell is coming from the ugly one ... whispered the other friend.
“Get out the line…go there ...", snapped the other.
"Hhuhuu… why do you always ask me to stay away from you.  Do I have any sins to you ?"  Happy cried.
"You don’t have any sin,,, but your odor, it smells so bad in our noses," shouted them.
One male friend said, "For whatever reason I don’t want to be a friend with you.”

Happy was so frustrated with the situation. She did not want to share her problem with anyone, even with her parents or teachers. She did not want to let them down. She only talked to her parents that she wanted to move to other school because she didn’t like her school anymore.  Her parents agreed.

Since then Happy attended to her new school.
"This probably has already become my fate”, she said.
“I’ll never have a friend, let alone a special friend", she said sadly.

Having painful experiences in her former school, Happy did not want to get the same experiences. Since then she tried hard to solve her problem. She went to the doctor to get solution how to relieve her bad odor. She also searched articles about it in the internet.

She kept trying to relieve her bad odor and finally, after several months what she had done worked well. She did not have a bad odor anymore. Since then she focused on her study, even she also could make lot of friends. She could graduate from her school, even she could attend the best senior high school in her home town. There, she also worked very hard. She joined lot of activities in her school. She was one of smart and active students in her school. She also had very good attitudes. Most of her friends adored her.

Three years passed and she was graduated from senior high school with the best scores. She could continue her study in the best university. She became the leader of the senate there. Therefore, she always involved in big events. One day there was a big competition in the province and she became the first winner. Because of that, she could pass from the university with  good scores.

Finally she got a good job because of her ability. She enjoyed her job and she became a good worker, because of her hard working.  She became a director on her office. She is highly respected by her office friends.

One day there was a big event and she became the organizer. In the same time, some of the participants of her event were her junior high school’s friends. They were shocked when they knew that Happy be the organizer.

” Look, is she Happy?”, asked her friend curiously.
“Oh no…I cannot believe it”, said the other.
Few minutes later, Happy came out and greeted them warmly.
“ Hello….do you still remember me ?”, Happy asked.
” Who are you ?”, asked the other participant.
“ I’m Happy. I was your junior high school’s friend.
All of her friends were shocked when they knew that she was Happy. They felt so sorry with what they had done to her. They had judged her badly.
“We are so sorry about our past, we ever judged you badly.”
Happy answered, “oh….No problem. I learned many things, “ She said. You have helped me become a hard worker.
          Since then, they became friends and they always helped each other.
